turnkey system
1) The planning and execution of a major capital project, in which one company has responsibility for its overall management, so that the client only has to 'turn the key' in order to start the operation.
2) A computer system that is ready to start work as soon as it is installed. All the necessary programs and equipment are supplied with the system.
